Abstract: Due to the limiting barriers imposed by the total or partial lack of vision of certain people, the art of drawing becomes very restricted, if not impossible. It is necessary to develop resources and environments that will make it easier for people with these vision problems to expand their perceptions and act directly on the art of drawing. With this focus, this work invests in developing the resource “ArtInDV,” which proposes to offer visually impaired people ludic help to aid in the activity of drawing. The created resource, using a ludic and sensory approach, will interact together with the users so that they, making use of their other perceptions, can work on artistic or familiar drawings with more ease. The resource developed in this research aims to fulfill a social and inclusive role towards people with some visual impairment, being possible its use it in educational institutions that have students with some visual impairment. The device will use the Arduino interface, based on AVR microcontrollers, coupled with Processing software, to vocalize the colors of the drawing materials made available in the experiment. The test plan applied will work with visually impaired people to observe the strengths and weaknesses of the resource, aiming at future improvements.
