Biography
Gustavo Paiva Guedes is a professor at the Department of Informatics in CEFET/RJ since 2010. He graduated in letters at the Federal University of Rio de Janeiro (2005) and in Computer Science at the Plinio Leite University Center (2004). He has Post-Graduation in Computer Technology Management at Fluminense Federal University (2008), Master Degree in Linguistics at the Federal University of Rio de Janeiro (2008) and PhD in System and Coputer Engineering at COPPE/UFRJ (2015) ). Currently he is working in the area of Affective Computing. His primary interests lie in the areas of Affective Computing, Sentiment Analysis, Human-Computer Interaction, Behavior Analysis and Robotics. Since 2014 the professor is part of the research group in Data Mining of CEFET/RJ. Currently, he is a professor of post-graduation program in Computer Science (PPCIC).
