EIC students are able to access my public calendar to schedule meetings. Weekly slots are available and are identified as Advisory<\/em>.<\/p>\n

To schedule a meeting one should perform\u00a0the following steps:<\/p>\n

  1. Access the public calendar\u00a0here<\/a>.<\/li>\n
  2. Choose one of the available slots.<\/li>\n
  3. Fill the what<\/em>\u00a0field as\u00a0“Meeting with [your name]”<\/em>.<\/li>\n
  4. Fill the\u00a0Description<\/em>\u00a0field with the points to be discussed.<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n

    Os alunos da EIC, atrav\u00e9s de sua conta\u00a0de email, poder\u00e3o acessar a agenda p\u00fablica para requisitar reuni\u00f5es. S\u00e3o disponibilizados um conjunto de hor\u00e1rios semanais para atendimento aos alunos.\u00a0Os hor\u00e1rios dispon\u00edveis est\u00e3o identificados como Atendimento<\/em>.<\/p>\n

    Para marcar uma reuni\u00e3o siga\u00a0os seguintes passos:<\/p>\n

    1. Acesse a agenda p\u00fablica atrav\u00e9s do link<\/a>.<\/li>\n
    2. Escolha uma das datas\/hor\u00e1rios dispon\u00edveis para agendar.<\/li>\n
    3. Preencha o campo O que<\/em> com o texto\u00a0“Reuni\u00e3o com [seu nome]”<\/em>.<\/li>\n
