The development of the course completion works (TCC) covers several tasks: bibliographic research, definition, scope, modeling, design, and implementation of the solution. An important product of a TCC commonly involves the elaboration of some computational artifact per se. Students involved in their TCCs have to overcome various challenges. It is usually their first great experience in terms of software development. It is noticed that these students are faced with both technical difficulties, lack of practical experience, and also with management difficulties to carry out group work. Despite these challenges, many interesting ideas and products are developed throughout the TCC. However, on several occasions, adequate evaluations of the proposed solutions and a more in-depth analysis of the results obtained are not presented in these TCC. One of the major drawbacks is the students’ lack of experience in conducting experiments. This project aims to study simplified approaches or frameworks to support them in the evaluation of these artifacts.
