{"id":786,"date":"2017-01-06T23:47:32","date_gmt":"2017-01-07T01:47:32","guid":{"rendered":"http:\/\/eic.cefet-rj.br\/ppcic\/?page_id=786"},"modified":"2021-04-01T22:27:27","modified_gmt":"2021-04-02T01:27:27","slug":"internacionalizacao","status":"publish","type":"page","link":"https:\/\/eic.cefet-rj.br\/ppcic\/internacionalizacao\/","title":{"rendered":"Internacionaliza\u00e7\u00e3o"},"content":{"rendered":"<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">A Internacionaliza\u00e7\u00e3o est\u00e1 expl\u00edcita no PDI do CEFET\/RJ e tem recebido forte apoio por parte da alta administra\u00e7\u00e3o da Institui\u00e7\u00e3o, o que tem refletido no aumento dos investimentos destinados a apoiar a\u00e7\u00f5es voltadas para essa finalidade. Esse compromisso da Dire\u00e7\u00e3o Geral pode ser observado atrav\u00e9s de a\u00e7\u00f5es tais como: transforma\u00e7\u00e3o do setor respons\u00e1vel pela internacionaliza\u00e7\u00e3o em uma Assessoria vinculada diretamente \u00e0 Dire\u00e7\u00e3o Geral; aumento do n\u00famero de bolsas de interc\u00e2mbio financiadas com recursos pr\u00f3prios; infraestrutura disponibilizada para sediar eventos internacionais nas instala\u00e7\u00f5es do CEFET\/RJ; e pol\u00edtica de contrata\u00e7\u00e3o de substitutos para permitir o afastamento de docentes para capacita\u00e7\u00e3o no exterior.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Os docentes do PPCIC v\u00eam se empenhando no processo de internacionaliza\u00e7\u00e3o do Programa. Como a\u00e7\u00f5es nesse sentido destacam-se: (i) site do Programa bil\u00edngue, (ii) a participa\u00e7\u00e3o dos docentes na organiza\u00e7\u00e3o ou em comit\u00ea de programa de confer\u00eancias, bem como em corpo editorial de peri\u00f3dicos internacionais, (iii) a parceria dos docentes com institui\u00e7\u00f5es e\/ou pesquisadores internacionais.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Com rela\u00e7\u00e3o \u00e0 atua\u00e7\u00e3o dos docentes do Programa na organiza\u00e7\u00e3o de congressos internacionais, destaca-se a organiza\u00e7\u00e3o do mini simp\u00f3sio de Teoria Espectral de Grafos do International Linear Algebra Society em 2017 (<\/span><a href=\"https:\/\/ilas2017.math.iastate.edu\/program\/#minisymp\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">https:\/\/ilas2017.math.iastate.edu\/program\/#minisymp<\/span><\/a><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">). Em 2017 foi constitu\u00edda uma Comiss\u00e3o, presidida pelo Diretor de Pesquisa e P\u00f3s-Gradua\u00e7\u00e3o, que ficou respons\u00e1vel pela elabora\u00e7\u00e3o do Plano Institucional de Internacionaliza\u00e7\u00e3o do CEFET\/RJ. Esse Plano, aprovado pelos Conselhos Superiores no in\u00edcio de 2018, apresenta um diagn\u00f3stico institucional e define eixos estrat\u00e9gicos, objetivos, metas, a\u00e7\u00f5es e indicadores de acompanhamento visando \u00e0 amplia\u00e7\u00e3o e consolida\u00e7\u00e3o do processo de internacionaliza\u00e7\u00e3o da Institui\u00e7\u00e3o, contemplando tanto a mobilidade <\/span><i><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">in <\/span><\/i><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">(recep\u00e7\u00e3o de docentes e discentes do exterior) quanto a mobilidade <\/span><i><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">out<\/span><\/i><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\"> (envio de docentes e discentes para o exterior).<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">No final de 2017 tamb\u00e9m foi estabelecida uma Comiss\u00e3o para elaborar o Projeto Institucional de Internacionaliza\u00e7\u00e3o da P\u00f3s-Gradua\u00e7\u00e3o, para submiss\u00e3o de uma proposta para o Programa Institucional de Internacionaliza\u00e7\u00e3o da Capes (Edital PrInt). Essa Comiss\u00e3o contou com a participa\u00e7\u00e3o de docentes dos diversos Programas do CEFET\/RJ e identificou interfaces visando a potencializa\u00e7\u00e3o e aumento da capilaridade dos resultados dos esfor\u00e7os a serem feitos em torno da internacionaliza\u00e7\u00e3o.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Acrescenta-se que tamb\u00e9m se encontra em elabora\u00e7\u00e3o o Plano Institucional de Capacita\u00e7\u00e3o Docente definindo uma pol\u00edtica de capacita\u00e7\u00e3o que permitir\u00e1 e facilitar\u00e1 o afastamento para p\u00f3s-doutoramento, em especial, no exterior.
