Segundo estat\u00edsticas das Na\u00e7\u00f5es Unidas, hoje apenas 30% dos pesquisadores do mundo s\u00e3o mulheres.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Mulheres e meninas representam metade da popula\u00e7\u00e3o mundial e, portanto, metade do potencial mundial. Al\u00e9m de ser um direito humano fundamental, a igualdade de g\u00eanero \u00e9 essencial para a realiza\u00e7\u00e3o de sociedades pac\u00edficas que maximizem o potencial humano e conduzam ao desenvolvimento sustent\u00e1vel.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Nos \u00faltimos 15 anos, a comunidade internacional fez grandes esfor\u00e7os para estimular e engajar mulheres e meninas na ci\u00eancia.
