\nResumo:<\/b> A Agricultura est\u00e1 em constante mudan\u00e7as, sobretudo nas ultimas d\u00e9cadas em que
\nobserva-se a onipresen\u00e7a, portabilidade e mobilidade das tecnologias digitais, resultado
\nno que se denominou Agro 5.0 ou Agricultura Digital (AD). AD pode ser definida como
\no “uso da tecnologia digital para integrar a produ\u00e7\u00e3o agr\u00edcola desde o campo at\u00e9 o
\nconsumidor”. Essas tecnologias podem fornecer ao setor agr\u00edcola ferramentas e
\ninforma\u00e7\u00f5es para tomar decis\u00f5es mais embasadas e melhorar a produtividade. No
\nentanto, a \u201cdigitaliza\u00e7\u00e3o\u201d da agricultura e da cadeia de valor alimentar tem certos
\ndesafios a superar, tais como: a) seguran\u00e7a cibern\u00e9tica e prote\u00e7\u00e3o de dados; b)
\nsubstitui\u00e7\u00e3o e reeduca\u00e7\u00e3o trabalhista; c) risco de criar uma divis\u00e3o digital entre
\neconomias, setores ou indiv\u00edduos com diferentes habilidades para adotar novas
\ntecnologias. Nesse trabalho, discute-se n\u00e3o somente os desafios associado \u00e0
\nimplementa\u00e7\u00e3o mas tamb\u00e9m as oportunidades de pesquisa dentro da \u00e1rea de AD.<\/p>\n

\nResumo:<\/b> In this talk, we present a study carried out on account of the bike-sharing systems (BSS) operator of the city of London, as part of a bigger project for developing an enhanced decision support system.
\nThe BSS of London is one of the biggest in the world, currently comprising 830 stations and over 12000 bikes deployed. The system is kept in an efficient state through a fleet of vans that operate redistribution and collect-for-repair tasks, all day and all night long.
\nBoth tactical and operational management phases are covered, as the London bike sharing system is already in place and not supposed to undergo major alterations for the time being. Specifically, the tactical issues concern demand forecasting and inventory management. The first tackles the problem of determining the expected number of bicycle pickups and returns at each station over the day. This is commonly carried out in two phases: one that concerns the analysis of historical traffic data in order to identify the factors that are most influential on the traffic, and one where supervised learning methods are applied in order to obtain forecasts for future traffic. The objective of inventory management, instead, is to set optimal fill levels for the stations following the pattern of the demand. The operational phase of BSS management then addresses how these optimal fill levels are achieved by efficiently routing a fleet of vans across the city to redistribute bicycles from stations in excess to stations in shortage.<\/p>\n
